I'm on my second warranty replacement printer from Epson. This one seems to print pretty well, but I just ran some premium lustre through it the otherday and I see roller marks and pizza wheel marks in the dark areas of the prints. This is pretty f*&#(*#in annoying. I'm quite reluctant to send this one back since the prints seem to be in good shape and I've already wasted a bunch of time creating profiles specific to this printer. What is the current best approach for dealing with both rubber roller marks and pizza wheel marks on this printer? Is this farily common? Do most people remove the rollers, or just wedge them up with the zip tie ends like I saw somewhere on the 'net? I never noticed these marks on my original 2200. Thanks, Derek
