Digital BW, The Print

problem :

when i did a nozzle check 1 day ago 1 colour complete was missing

ok no problem like 100 times before i did a cleaning cycle 

but this time the problem became more and more bad

after that i started dozent of cleanig cycles and testprints but it
always gets worser

now it is this far that only black apears all other colours are missing

--strange thing is i do a nozzle check and all colours are missing
excepting black 
but when i print the big MIS test pattern 2 colours get printed -- 

i pulled out the cartridges and cleaned the head with alcohol but it
didnt help  
anybody a good tip for me  ?
