I never had that problem with the GP Archival inks in my 9500. Can't 
comment on the UC replacements except doesn't the bottle say that it 
will not come out of suspension short of XXX months?

Could it be some kind of air bubble problem, and when you pull the 
carts and put them back in it somehow temporarily "fixes" the 
problem? Did you do a nozzel check before removing the carts?

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
