Can't comment on the UC replacements except doesn't the bottle say that it will not come out of suspension short of XXX months? Could it be some kind of air bubble problem, and when you pull the carts and put them back in it somehow temporarily "fixes" the problem? Did you do a nozzel check before removing the carts?
