Well the diff between the coolest and paper white is a mere -0.2 which could
just be measurement error (I used quickread) - certainly not noticeable to
the eye.  So a fairly smooth ramp on all angles.  A more neutral paper would
produce a better result - I doubt that Epson is laying down ink to
compensate for the paper white.
