Digital BW, The Print

I think someone else had had this problem, but I can't fine 
 an answer anywhere, -which is how does one go about changing-
 down-loading new profiles  for new inksets .

 I too have downloaded PAUL ROURKS profiles for MIS ut2 inks
 and unziped them and sent them to my photoshop progarm,
 but nothing happened .Then I put them in my EPSON software
 somewhere, again nothing to be seen.
 
 I admit I am ignorant to this stuff, so I would appreciate 
 any and all info you can give me regarding this problem.

 I'm useing XP with adobe elements 2, with an EPSON 1280.
