Chris, Each set of RGB separation curve uses all of the inks in the VM ink set. The difference in the curves is to what extent the toner ink is allowed to move up into lighter tones and influence the overall tone of the print. Remember that you are sending RGB information to the Epson drive which then converts that information into CMYK information that the printer can use with it's CMYK or CcMcYK inks. You cannot control a single ink through the Epson driver. For individual control of each ink you would need a CMYK driver which is done via a RIP. Then you need CMYK separation curves.
