Thanks for that; I only have a R2400 with K3's and the 2100 with old UC's 
and the matte black ink carts for those are different part nos.

It is the only 4800 cart that has the same code number as the 4000 cart
has and that one is identical to the 9600 and 7600 carts. Both in 110

So the UC Matte Black hasn't changed with the 4800 introduction.

I checked it today as I was interested whether some of the color carts
(yellow) and the LK were identical. They are not.
