Digital BW, The Print

Lightening struck on Tuesday and knocked out my computer and my C86.
I've bought new equipment but now I see that the Cyan cartridge is
empty. It is still printing, so I guess there's ink left in the sponge
side, but the clear side has bottomed out.

Any advice on how to get it to fill again? The tube leading to it
still has ink in it. Does it help to repeatedly turn the machine off
and on, forcing it through cleaning cycles, help?

Any advice would be appreciated.
