Digital BW, The Print

I never used Legion Concorde Rag.  From reading I've gotten the
impression that it produced nice results but batches might have been
inconsistent and the paper also might have had problems with yellowing.

In researching cotton rag, non-OBA, buffered papers, I find specs on
Legion Digital Rag, but I've not seen any discussion of it here.  Does
it retain the good qualities of the old Concorde Rag?  Does anyone
have any experience with it, and can you compare and contrast with
Premier Art Hot Press or any other paper with similar specs?
