I guess the 8000 series will replace the 7000 series soon.  I think this
will includes an 8500 to replace the 7500.

The 7000 PC curves are essentially done.  The Mac is barely started.

No, but the 2000P seems to work fairly well with the system.

I suspect, however, that the 7500 will require unique curves, and none have
been written.
