Sam,

This might be a good place to start and offer a
counterpoint to Paul's experience with TS lenses.

Fred Meranda's site has many reviews on these lenses
too http://www.fredmiranda.com/reviews/

I use the 17-40 f4L on my EOS1Ds mkII and have been
very happy with the quality for landscape use.
