Hello Terry, I found out the dust accumulates on the roller so what I always do now is rinse it and squeeze out as much water as you can. The moistened roller actually works better than a dry one. About dust during the aerosol spray ... I'm not sure what you can do. It's not so much a problem for me because my spray booth is equiped with a powerful 495 CFM blower that practically makes the room dust free within 15 seconds.
