Would you consider a 1200 a 'modern' 6-ink printer, or are you 
referring to 1270/1280? Is there any appreciable difference between 
output using MIX VM on these various 12xx printers? I'd rather avoid 
the 'anti-chipping' issues of the 1270/80's if not...

Thanks for all the great posts by everyone here - I'm in the process 
of getting back into the Quadtone fray, and am trying to decide 
whether I should go MIS VM CIS with my old 1160, or pick up one of the 
12xx'ers...
