RE: [Digital BW] Bronzing, Glop, New inks [was QTR/R1800 matte vs glossy dottiness (Question for Roy)]

Sounds good. Any chance those color inks will work well in 2200 carts?

Don't spend much time on Glop. It looks like bronzing is about to be
history -- no glop needed. I have tested beta UT inks with the new base --
no bronzing. I just received the beta 2400 color prints & Epson "Advance
B&W" monotone glossy prints -- no bronzing.

It's too early to know that this is going to be true for all the inksets and
papers, but the results I've seen so far eliminate the artifact as a serious
issue.

Don't bother MIS about this because it'll be months before the total B&W
switch over takes place.

The color 2400 inks will show up on MIS's web site in a couple of weeks.
(No 2400 carts yet.)
