Digital BW, The Print

I am just starting into this and want to place my first order for 
inks - I generally favour warm tones and would like advice on whether 
to buy the Full Spectrum or Variable Mix or ?
 With which set does one have most control over the colour ?

Sorry if this is a well worn issue, I'm just starting out and can't 
find a faq.
