Digital BW, The Print

I just upgraded my G4 (dual 867) from OS X 10.2.8 to 10.4.2 and my Color Byte IP rip 5.5 
refuses to accept an image. Yes, CS 2 is working but B/w seems alot easier and BETTER with 
IP. Is 5.5 inconpatible with 10.4.2? Today is sunday and I can not contact any Tech Support 
with answers. Help anyone? Also My 2200 site at Epson does not have any paper profiles for 
NON Epson. I use a lot of Hahnemuhle Photo Rag 188 and IP gives these profiles as free 
downloads. Where can I find Epson downloads for the 2200 for H. Photo rag?????
