Digital BW, The Print

I have just bought a used 1160 and am joining in the B&W fray. I'm 
looking for some advice on my first paper selection. 

1.) COL:
I would prefer a  warm white (natural white/creamier/ivory/vanilla) 
col - rather than a Bright white. 

2.)SURFACE:
And with a little more "Sheen/Gloss" than the Epson Archival Matte 
surface that I've seen. 

3.)TEXTURE:
I do like the Smooth finish rather than a Watercolor/Textured finish.

Any recommendations?
