Thanks, Steve, Actually, I had exchanged R2400 printers, and on the replacement one, used Photo K instead of the Matte K. Deleting and adding from Printer Setup Utility did not work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver and it worked fine. In retrospect, I could have just deleted the driver prefs.
