Just an FYI I recently received some foamless 21/2200 empty cartridges from Les at Mandev 
here in the UK.  I have only loaded one of the carts at this stage but they look and feel a lot 
better than the MIS carts.  They can be reset with the MIS chip resetter for 21/2200 carts.  
Les imported just 5 sets of the carts for now of which I have one.  As I don't use my 2100 
that much anymore it will be a while before I can say I have tested them fully.  Perhaps other 
UK users can contact Les and try the new carts also.  Les can be reached at:
