Here is a 100% section of a 2400 "Black" print scanned at 2400 dpi.   
Print was made on Ilford Smooth Pearl using latest Mac driver with  
driver set for black ink.  Looks like it uses all of the color inks,  
particularly in the highlights.  Print looks neutral and exhibits no  
metamerism, despite the obvious presence of yellow ink.
