The only a.c. papers I'm aware of without OBAs are the Cold Press Art
and Soft Textured Art by Innova.  The other five I tested have them.
They are listed in the Paper Chase article (see the chart at 
http://www.cjcom.net/articles/digiprn5.htm#Contents ).  As for their
cost I don't know.
