Hi Alex,

Don't know what to advise you.  My R800 prints aren't bad, but the
4000 is really the machine I use for B&W.  Be sure you are following
the correct install/user directions in the guide and gui help files. 

Hang in there.  You'll get it going :-)  Although this I/O error
problem may never go away !

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
