Just some thoughts: First, if you are happy with what you're producing, don't worry what other people think, even if they're famous. Second, just because someone has a stake in a certain position, it doesn't follow that what they think or say is wrong. To think so would be to commit the fallacy of ad hominem circumstantial. Third, platinum printing didn't die when most photograhers switched to silver gelatin papers. Happy printing, Peter
