As far as I am aware this can't be done. Yes you can take a custom dot gain curve and have PS convert that to an ICC profile but I don't think that is what you want. Hence Roy Harrington's efforts re QTR-Create-ICC which reads Gretag Macbeth Measuretool data and creates a greyscale ICC profile.
