Paul, I'm curious what you mean by "Among other things " when you replied below. Are these differences things that matter (whatever that means?) or simply different paper and coatings which actually achieve these near identical results? Your previous answer separates Epson Semigloss from the other two and from your answer I infer that the Epson is better / more long lasting / less prone to fading / K3 ink prints on these papers are very very similar to the eye although I do acknowledge that the Epson Semigloss has a little less sheen or sparkle than the other two, as Steve Kale says.
