If you are near a major city virtually any pro lab will be able to do it for
you . . . though I doubt you will have 24hr turn-around. Why not trudge down
to the nearest photo store and buy a tank, some bottles, chemistry and a
good thermometer? or punch in a few keystrokes and order from someone like
BHphoto? The expense wouldn't be too great (less than paying someone else to
do it, and the cost of mailing/courier, etc), and frankly, if you pay
attention to what you are doing and your controls, you are going to produce
as good as a result, if not better, than any lab.
