The gamut and dmax are very good for a canvas, and it seems to like the all pigment black inks like Eboni. Many people have problems with it cracking when stretched on stretcher bars, but I found that if you use higher quality bars with rounded edges, there is no problem, like these products: http://www.jerrysartarama.com/discount-art-supplies/online/614/art- supplies/4 The sharp corners of the cheapo Fredrix bars can cause problems when the material is pulled tight. This applies to several other canvas materials like those from HawkMountain, who also make some nice canvas materials. Many people like the Fredrix materials, but I have not tried them. And if the quality control of the Breathing Color products is finally under control, they have some good materials too, including a new OBA free canvas that I haven't tried yet.
