Hello Martin,

Thanks very much for your more detailed and specific guidelines for
the forum.  I think it will be a big help.  

Because it got out of hand a while back and something had to be said,
people are now somewhat afraid and unsure about what is permissable. 
So this clarification is good, and also the explanation about new
member status.

Your periodic appearance here as moderator has a, well, moderating
effect <g>, that is needed and welcome.  I hope it will continue.
