Digital BW, The Print

I just replaced my ink cartridges with the 220 ml MIS inks on my epson
7000 printer. The problem now is that there is now large ink smears on
most of the prints. I have adjusted the paper config and cleaned the
heads, used sheet paper as well as roll paper. The ink is flowing
freely inside the print chamber and runs down the right side of the
face plate that the heads moves on. Have any of you had this problem
and know how to fix it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks,
