Thanks RGoldman... I asked here because I'd thought topics other than MIS could be addressed. Yes, I've had awkward (but 100%) success feeding 300gsm Entrada Natural from the top...it's a convenience on my desktop, though it requires the attentions you've described and is harder in high humidity. Oddly, I ran into much more difficulty with whitened Entrada than I've had with Natural...and I do think it has a different physical spring to it. I did get immediate real help from the Yahoo 2200 site... only one snippy response that failed to show the courtesy to address the question. As some of us know, the manual doesn't fully address the heavy paper issue.
