Good question, I don't know the answer.  The only settling issue I
recall hearing about was with the big printers with ink carts that
don't move on the head.  Since these carts move all the time I
wouldn't think it would be an issue, but I've been surprised before
<g>.

I'll make a print and set it aside to compare with another when the
cart is low.
