I'm interested in your question, but as you've quoted nothing which preceded
your question, and I have know idea what Digest Number 31 - the subject of
your post - refers to. Nor did I see any subject headings under "res up" or
"(resample)", so I for one don't understand your question.

In the future, please try to provide enough background info to give your
question some context.
