Richard..

You might try to look at your "histogram" in your file, and see if there is
much   "data"  climbing theextreme left side if the graph..If so, you may
need to re-distribute your lights and darks via levels or curves, bringing
down the 'dark' areas closer to the bottom of the histogram..BUT..Do this
all on a DUPLICATE file..Not on your original.(just in case...)..

Hi,
I did a print yesterday and from straight on it looked perfect, but on an
angle the light caught a sort of blotchy appearance, esp in the dark areas
of the print.

It was on a 2100 with Ultra Chromes on Epson Archival Matte.
