I'm no expert on this for sure but I assume the adjustable ink limit feature on the newer version of QTR is created to work this system through the variation that occurs from printer to printer, sort of a custom ink load adjustment. I've never had to use it yet. I would also assume that the darkest inks would be affected more and first.
