Hi palladiumprinter! Ohhhhhh man I wish I was you :) Well if money wasn't an issue for me, this would be my set up: #1 - Epson 4000 Printer (prints A2+ sheets) #2 - Piezotone inks (there are 4 sets of inks which are made up of 4 inks each). (well 3 inks that share the same black if you want to be fussy, but lets not get confused) Anyway the point is you can have a tone on either side as the printer holds eight cartridges. I would choose "selenium" for one side as it's the most neutral, and then the lovely "warm tone" set. The other two are"cool neutral" and "carbon sepia" which are also sooooo good. So what ever you use most. Or if $$$ really wasn't an issue I would have all four tones and just change tones as you want to use them; expensive though as you need to flush out the inks in the lines already. Or you could just but 2 Epson 4000 printers! Hmmmmm yes. #3- Studio Print 11 RIP which is a state of the art piece of software that runs the printer and the inks. The main reason for it in this set-up is you need to tell the printer to only use 4 inks at a time. For example "use only the 4 selenium tones inks" etc. Some people use the one main black I was talking about before, for both sets which is pointless is you have this software, just load two "portfolio" blacks and use one for each "tone". Oh and the software has a densitometer which I'm sure you'll appreciate as a "palladium printer". And well that's about it. Don't forget to use great paper (this system only works on matte paper), and of corse there is no point in having this set up if you don't also have a great scanner two get all those lovely tones in the first place - which I'm sure are already in your negs! :) You will match any wet print with this set up (remember to compare using similar papers though, there's no point saying my Oriental Siegel prints are still better. Compare a Matte Fibrebase paper, not satin, MATTE, and you will be amazed). Well it's been nice dreaming. Have fun. I hate you ( haa haa just kidding. good luck) Benny
