Hi, Just spent the last 2 days at NY's Photo Expo and had a chance to speak to one of Media Street's reps. I asked her if there will be any other profiles for other papers besides their own made on QTR. She informed me that although they have some agreement with Roy they are not the ones creating the profiles. So since I do not have a spectrometer or access to one, how can I create new profiles for the papers I am using? Or as an alternative can someone tell me which of the existing profiles in QTR can be parallel to other papers. i.e. Kirkland can be used with GC Lustre? or PremierArt Hot Press goes with ?. I know from stalking in this forum that the profiles have a lot to do with the amount of ink laid down on various papers and I am afraid especially with the Kirkland paper that too much is being laid down. Although the prints have been coming out really nice just want to make sure I can get optimal quality without having to go the create ICC route. Life was simpler when I had my 1280 with the UT2. Unfortunately it died and MIS doesn't have prefilled cartridges for the R200. So starting from square one. BTW, saw the BW prints using Oriental FB paper. Really nice. Anyone out there has used their papers? Thanks for any help. Ivan
