So it's a paper colour correction issue rather than a luminance option, per se. That makes things easier. It's not like there are multiple choices for luminance axis management. It's interesting that the default is to correct for paper colour, ie to introduce colour ink - I would have thought this would contribute to metamerism in the greyscale case.
