Yes, that's true about coarse screens...and as was commented earlier, a very grainy negative can appear sharper than a grainless negative or digital camera file. However, what I see is less fine, sharp detail (eg small grafitti and labels on trash in a particular image)with QTR...actually I think the "detail" is almost there, but it needs CS smart sharpen to make it form up, whereas BO doesn't need that extra sharpening.
