If you do not like the printer, send it back. I did that with an Epson 4990 scanner. It did not do my 120 chromes justice so I returned it. They even paid for the return shipping. Of course, I ended up buying a Nikon 9000 from them....Do make sure that you are actually buying form Amazon and not one of their affiliates who do not offer free shipping or that return policy.
