I just mailed this show to Trish Ternahan.  The show has 5 more 
people to go to before it gets returned to Mark.  It is a wonderful 
show and I would suggest either contacting Jeff Magidson the 
show coordinator at:  mailto:jeff@...
or asking the last person on the list to send it to you before going 
back to Mark.  She is  mailto:suzanne@...
