A few years ago when the 1280 was the dominant 13" printer, one of the most frequent subjects in this forum was dealing with clogs. When the 2200 arrived in 2003 that slowly began to change. Now that we're well into the next generation of pigment printers, discussions re the 1280 and clogs have gradually receded into the background. The 2200 also has two blacks and separate ink carts, which means easier refilling your own carts and experimenting with various inks and RIPs.
