I think if you go back and watch the video on Glamour II, you'll see 
that the dilution should be 70% Glamour II : 30% water.

So, it should be more like a 3:1 ratio. 3 parts GII to 1 part water.

I think you just diluted the GII too much.

(Also, make sure you only roll in ONE direction: Either horizonal OR 
verticle.)
