Digital BW, The Print

I think all you need is something like the Phase One P45 digital back on 
a Hasselblad - so no need to wait :-)

I think it fairly unlikely that anyone will ever want to produce "24 mp 
in a full frame 35mm" so I wouldn't wait for that.
You can actually print sharp 30x40" prints from quite small files; what 
needs more pixels is not sharpness but detail.
