I use Imatch from www.photools.com It has its quirks, but the hidden power is unbelievable. You can do a heck of a lot with this program, if you just dig a little. If you're prepared to jump into its scripting language, you can do literally almost anything. There is a "next generation" version coming, but we've been waiting for it for quite a while. In the meantime the next service revision, awaiting the Nikon D200 SDK, has some major functionality upgrades.
