One warm cartridge in the Y position gets you to neutral.  To match the
slightly warm Ilford paper, I'd probably start by putting the warm cart in
the M or C positions.  All the carts are the same except for the chips, and
all the ink densities are the same.  So, you can switch positions just by
prying off the chip (after shaving the plastic pins that are heat-flattened
to hold the chip in place), and putting on the appropriate location chip.  I
use a small piece of tape across the top of the chip above the contacts to
hold the chip in place.  (Don't let it drop off.  A chipless cart can wreck
a printer by bending the prongs when you try to remove it.)
