Digital BW, The Print

Can anyone tell me where I can find any of the curves listed in
Paul's article ULTRA TONE 7 ("UT7") for 2200 – INFORMATION AND
SETTINGS 4/20/05? 

He refers to curves such as 

            UT7-2200-PhotoRag-Cool-1

            UT7-2200-PhotoRag-Neutral-1

            UT7-2200-PhotoRag-MedWarm-1

            UT7-2200-PhotoRag-Carbon-1

            UT7-2200-PhotoRag-Sepia-1

but I cannot find the curves anywhere.
