Digital BW, The Print

Hi.
Here I am,back from Brazil to list. I just ordered a Coolscan 4000,so the
next step is the 1280 and the quad system,in which I belive more after I saw
your prints. Studying the process I came across your workflow,and one thing
puzzled me: Why the sRGB space if it has less tone gradation possibilities
than Adobe RGB or LAB ? I know this applies mainly to color images,but maybe
it does a difference on BW printed as RGB...or not?
