Use the OEM chip until MIS replaces the bad chip with a correct one. To use the OEM chip, you'll need a chip re-setter, which is a cheap item. Use a sharp knife to shave off the plastic pins that hold the chip onto the OEM cart. It should fit the MIS cart easily.
