Digital BW, The Print

I've printed for a long time using the 1270 VM, NCA settings on the 
1270 and that printer needed some work so I pulled out a backup 1280.

I don't seem to have ALL the settings right on this for use in 
PhotoShop CS (yes, I did download the correct curves for the 1280) and 
I did go the inksupply.com and saw that it was supposed to be sRGB, 
Photo, Auto but I'm getting some pretty posterized results (and I know 
a change in settings will correct this).  

My usual suspicion is that I've missed one of the ### of places that 
these can be set and it's overriding the desired effect and that their 
different in CS than PS5-7.

Anyone who is still using the VM Quadtone inks willing to give me the 
run down of the correct settings for PS CS?
