Digital BW, The Print

Good day everyone,

 1-What is the best media type to choose when printing on Epson
Premium Semimatte? I just received a sample of this paper. It seems to
have almost a low lustre or semigloss finish. Semimatte is not an
option in my driver.

 2-Is there a good tape or DVD tutorial on the finer points in
Photoshop when working with photos?
